Automated Data Cleanup
The biggest barrier to entry for any business to reap the benefits of AI is most always going to be bad data. We have seen time and time again poor AI solutions implemented because of bad data.

Our solution is actually to train AI to clean your data so that you can use AI in your automation downstream.

Our largest data cleanup project to date involves what would have taken a customer approximately 1.5 years of working 40 hours a week to do manual data cleanup of their data. Our custom solution took us about a week to build and AI cleaned all their data in less than 4 hours.
Adobe Photoshop automated label maker
One customer came to us and shared that her current process for creating labels in Adobe Photoshop took her days because each label had different sizes, colors, and dimensions. Each label needed to be manually put into a sheet to optimize the space and not waste expensive label paper. This process used to take her days, now it takes minutes thanks to a couple micro-scripts we custom built for her.
Automated Reporting
One of the earliest customers we served was paying a full time 40 hour role to enter expenses for reporting. We were able to automate the whole process but also build out automated analytics to show trends for year-over-year across 40 different types of expenses. What once took 40 hours we brought down to seconds.
Convert receipts to digital Excel files
Our customer had to do a full year of itemized receipts for their taxes. The problem was that they were all in paper form and they needed to be in digital form to submit to the IRS.

Within an hour, we were able to obtain the receipts, scan them, then have AI read through all of them and build them into a properly documented Excel file to import to the IRS website.
